Returns

 

• Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date.  After 14 days all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted. 

• Returned items must be unopened, in the original packaging with the original packing slip, or they will not be accepted. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.  However, a return label will be provided to you at no cost (via email) for any orders that are fulfilled incorrectly by us.

Refunds

 

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving and accepting the returned items and the purchase price will be credited to the original form of payment only.

• Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (support@stirituporganic.com).  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/refund.

• Stir It Up Organic™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Exchanges

 

• We do not accept exchanges.
